Supported the design, development and integration of eBay's global billing system, which consolidated various disparate systems across eBay properties.

Architected (use cases, design and configuration) and implemented Federated Single Sign-On (FSSO) infrastructure using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML 2.0) in Java.  The architecture helps eBay meet SOX and PCI requirements as well as eBay, PayPal and Skype Identity-provider, and Service-provider requirements.  Integrates with eBay, PayPal and Skype's pre-existing identity.
