Industry veterans share guidance & proven expertise with growing consulting firm

Chuck Geiger, Former CTO, PayPal and Ask.com
Chuck is a respected industry leader with two decades of experience running some of the largest online transaction organizations and most visited Web sites in the world. His background includes serving as CTO of Ask.com, CTO of PayPal and VP of Architecture at eBay. Chuck also held executive-level positions at InterActive Corp., Gateway, Travelocity and Texas Instruments, among others. Chuck led technology and engineering organizations and held senior management roles in product development and marketing including product development, technical development and related product marketing activities.
Marty Chuck, Former CIO, Electronic Arts and Agilent Technologies
Marty brings 24 years of industry expertise to the board. Most recently, he was senior VP/CIO of Electronic Arts (EA) where he provided technology solutions for EA's businesses worldwide. Before that, as VP/CIO at Agilent Technologies, he drove a large-scale transformation of Agilent IT. Marty also held a variety of positions with Hewlett-Packard (HP) including business CIO for the Test and Measurement Organization. He was a member of the board of directors for ServGate Technologies and a Customer Advisory Board member of HP. The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals Hall of Fame recently inducted Marty with the late Dr. Peter Drucker.
Tim Unger, Former Senior VP, Cadence Design Systems and Entrepreneur in Residence, US Venture Partners
In 20 years as an executive manager, Tim played an instrumental role in growing a number of Silicon Valley start-ups and accelerating the expansion and prosperity of their dynamic businesses. Among his most recent successes is Tropian, Inc. - a fabless semiconductor start-up in multimode radio solutions for cellular and emerging 3G standards that was acquired by Panasonic.
Tim currently serves on the board of Swedish-based Coresonic, advises Netherlands-headquartered 24Access, Silicon Valley-based Skybox Security and owns Consulting in Human Capital. Tim was also Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer at Cadence Design Systems, and an Entrepreneur in Residence with US Venture Partners.
